Natalie Smith is a twin mom and founder of TwinBabyBargains.com (https://www.facebook.com/twinbabybargains/) the first online self-serve twin resale marketplace. She is also currently a practicing Physician Assistant in emergency medicine as well as a full time faculty member at East Carolina University within the Department of Physician Assistant Studies. She is the director for simulation based education at the East Carolina University Physician Assistant program and teaches Diagnostic Methods I & II as well as her practice specialty, Emergency Medicine. As a twin mom, medical provider and professor of medicine she has a strong interest in evidence based medicine and multiple gestation pregnancy. Her contributing content is largely based upon these interests as well as experiences throughout twin pregnancy and as a first time mom of twins. Her husband Steve is a registered nurse working in pediatric emergency medicine and is also a nurse educator. They live in New Bern, NC with their twin boys Eli and Archer.
