Start Shutting Down Closer to Bedtime

You need to make sure you’re preparing your body for the rest it needs to get by shutting down closer to the time you’re planning to go to sleep. It’s never a good idea to have phone conversations or make crucial decisions when you’re tired and in need of sleep. It’s hard to remain positive when you’re tired and trying to get through a situation. If your children happen to get up so early, let them know they’ll need to stay in bed until a parent comes to get them.
